Finding Her the Perfect Last Minute Valentines Day Gift

If you're reading this article you're in a bit of trouble...you've left it to the last minute to buy her a valentines day gift and you've got nothing. No ideas, no leads, no clue = no action for you if you don't get it together. And you think I'm going to be able to solve all your problems? That sounds like a lot of pressure - I can't make you any promises but in about one and a half minutes time hopefully you'll be further along than you were before. You might even be hit with a flash of inspiration that you can run withLast Minute Option A - Dinner At A Classy RestaurantHere's the thing, you and I both know that the chances of getting a table at a romantic restaurant with no booking on the 14th February are pretty slim.So here's another option for you.If it's still the 13th (ie it's valentines day tomorrow), then one thing you can use to your advantage is the element of surprise.Tell her to get dressed up & throw on her dancing shoes...but don't tell her why, then take her to the restaurant.Spin a story about how you hate the commercialism of valentines day and how being a true romantic, you want to avoid doing the same thing as everyone else.Last Minute Option B - A Romantic Night InIf you're handy in the kitchen this is your get out of jail free card. Candles, rose petals and some romantic tunes. Whip up your signature dish and give her just enough good wine to bring a blush to her cheek and you should be all set.If you really want to spice things up a bit, here's a list of foods that are considered to be aphrodisacs - figs, good chocolate, bananas, oysters, asparagus and champagne.Last Minute Option C - The Frantic ScrambleIt's too late for you to order a gift online, so you need to do this the old fashion way - hit the local shops and scan every single shelf until that perfect gift jumps out and grabs you. You're options are pretty limited at this point. You don't have anything organised, you're terrible in the kitchen and finding a restaurant table at this late stage is not an option. You need to try and avoid her until late in the day and hopefully by that stage your problems will have been solved by a friendly shop assistant at a small boutique gift store you discovered in a part of town you never knew existed. And then maybe you'll make a note in your diary to be a bit more organised next year...but we both know that probably won't happen.Good luck
